- Saquosen Scrubber -

3 ways flow and dried piping chamber wet scrubber

Introduction

Environmental Quality (Clean Air) Regulations 2014 had been enforced by the Department of Environmental to comply the air pollution regulations in 2019 for controlling  particle  materials, toxic gases, acidic gas emissions from industrial processes and manufacturing facilities. These types of emissions produce immediate and troublesome problems for the environment and for the people living in the plants vicinity.

When these corrosive and acidic dust and gases attack buildings, vehicles, or plants, the results can be devastating.  Similarly,  when these dusts & gases are  inhaled or come into contact with human skin,  the harmful results are quickly noticeable and can be quite extreme. The means to remove acidic gases from process or facility  emissions have been in use for many decades,  but the most common and effective way to capture acidic gases is still through the use of wet scrubbers.

Here we introduce our patented wet scrubber system which is used to remove most of dangerous flue gas particles by using a spraying system where water is use as a medium for capturing dust particles or even sulfur  gases. Our system is named Saquosen Scrubber.  A wet scrubber uses liquid-typically water or a water-based solution to capture the acidic gas and particle materials by absorbing it from the carrier gas stream.  The scrubbing liquid typically contains a reactive agent that “neutralizes” the acid absorbed, making the small liquid effluent from the scrubber relatively easy to dispose of or treat in existing wastewater treatment facilities.

Advantages

  • Lower temperature going to the ID fan chimney.

  • Dried flue gas to the ID fan and chimney.

  • Save and increase life time for ID fan bearing.

  • Lower temperature grease can be used for ID fan bearing.

  • No  heavy  dust  attached  to  ID  fan  blade.  No  out  balancing  problem occur.

  • In total reduce maintenance cost and boiler ID fan downtime.

  • Meet  DOE  smoke  emission  specification  which  is  =  max 150  mg/m3(reference CO212%).

  • Will not affect the boiler draft operational.

  • In one complete unit with online monitoring.
